How we work together

From first conversation to launch.

01

Discover

We learn about your business, goals and audience.

02

Structure & design

I translate strategy into wireframes and design.

03

Build & test

I develop, optimise and test.

04

Launch & support

I launch carefully and remain available.

Clear agreements

You know what the engagement includes before it starts.

No surprises during the build. Scope, responsibilities, feedback moments and the route to launch are made clear before work begins.

Scope & investment

After an initial conversation, you receive a proposal with pages, features, timing and investment. It also identifies exclusions and recurring costs such as hosting or external services.

Content & feedback

We agree who supplies copy and imagery, where JF-ICT provides content direction and when your feedback is needed to keep momentum.

Launch & support

We agree who updates content, who has access to the domain, hosting and administration, and what guidance is needed. Maintenance and further support are scoped in advance.

My responsibilities

  • Strategy, concept and advice
  • UX, design and front-end development
  • Integrations and technical delivery
  • Technical SEO, performance and security
  • Testing, launch and support

What I need from you

  • Input on goals, offer and audience
  • Copy, imagery and brand assets, or an agreement on support
  • Feedback on design and functionality
  • Access to domain and existing systems
  • Active involvement throughout the engagement

Who it is for

For established businesses with something real to explain.

For SMEs and professional service firms whose online presence should match the quality of their work and the questions their clients ask.

A good match when

  • Your offer has grown, but the website still tells the old story.
  • Visitors need to understand what you do and why they should get in touch.
  • Your site feels generic, performs poorly on mobile or is difficult to extend.

It may not be the right fit when

  • You are mainly looking for an off-the-shelf solution.
  • You cannot make time for input and feedback.
  • You want to plan and execute every part yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Practical answers before you decide.

How is the scope of a website determined?

Scope follows from your goals, required content, number of unique pages and languages, and any features or integrations. After the first conversation, you receive a proposal with clear deliverables, responsibilities, timing and investment.

How long does a web design project take?

That depends on scope, content readiness and feedback speed. A compact company website takes less time than a multilingual site with several content types or integrations. The realistic schedule is agreed in the proposal.

Is SEO included?

The technical SEO foundation is included: semantic structure, metadata, clear URLs, indexability, a sitemap and performance. Ongoing content production, link building or advertising are separate growth activities. No credible provider can guarantee first place in Google.

Can our team update the website afterwards?

Yes. If self-management matters, it is included in the technical choice and scope. You do not get an unnecessarily heavy content system, but a solution suited to how often your team needs to make changes.

Does JF-ICT only work in Flemish Brabant?

JF-ICT is based in Lennik and works with SMEs across Belgium. Collaboration can happen on site or remotely, in Dutch or English.

A website question?

Want your website to explain the business properly?

Tell me what you have today, what is not working and where you want to get to. We will use that context to make the first conversation useful.
